Product & Industrial Designer NYC / Portland
Hello, welcome to my portfolio. I am a product design student at the University of Oregon with skills in 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, sewing, laser cutting, and woodworking. I am especially interested in designing for manufacturing and making things that are well considered and built to last.
A match holder and striker for the home. Concrete tray, CNC-machined aluminum lid. Designed for ease across all dexterity levels.
Three hand-sewn jackets combining classic silhouettes with modern materials and hardware.
A handheld digital thickness gauge designed for seamstresses and makers.
A sand cast aluminum belt buckle based on a doodle of my dog. Designed, cast, and assembled from scratch.
I'm Charlie, a product design student at the University of Oregon, originally from New York City. I first became interested in design through building custom mechanical keyboards for clients around the city. What started as a hobby grew into a real fascination with how products are designed, manufactured, and experienced.
